FLSC is a fully refereed English-language academic journal published four issues annually by Higher Education Press and Brill. The journal publishes original research articles, review articles,research notes, and book reviews covering all areas and topics of Chinese literature broadly defined, especially those reflecting new developments in the field. Frontiers of Literary Studies in China（中国文学研究前沿，简称FLSC）是由中华人民共和国教育部主管、高等教育出版社编辑出版、荷兰Brill出版公司负责海外发行的英文季刊，主编为纽约大学张旭东教授，副主编为加州大学洛杉矶分校荣休教授Theodore Huters（胡志德）、斯坦福大学王斑、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学Jon von Kowallis（寇志明）教授。本刊拥有一支高度国际化的编辑队伍，旨在呈现中国文学研究领域最优秀的学术成果东邪传人 ，参与当今世界所共同关注的学术、文化和社会议题的批评和对话。FLSC主要刊登经过严格同行评议的文学研究方面的最新学术成果，刊发的稿件涵盖中国文学研究的各个领域，包括中国古代文学、中国现当代文学、比较文学、文学理论及文化研究等，所收文章类型包括研究性论文、综述及书评鬼道御灵。目前本刊已被ESCI，Bibliography of Asian Studies，EBSCO，Humanities Abstracts, Humanities Index和SCOPUS等收录煞僧 。
