1996年，考入第9期无线电艺员训练班，正式进入演艺圈。2013年，在古装历史剧《卫子夫》中饰演易寒而一炮而红 。2015年，担任第十二届"星声悦耳"音乐选秀大赛评委并且担任《中国大学生微电影》顾问。
